I took the first steps towards my current profession when I was 16. While working in the radio, I was also learning locution techniques, observing my colleagues in many radio stations. When I was 20 I began studying Audio-visual Communication as a career and, a year later, I studied dubbing and advertising voiceover techniques in Audiogenia (Alicante). In addition I complemented my studies with courses in dubbing and vocal techniques in AC Estudis (Valencia) and one further dubbing course in Arkana Estudios (Valencia). As a voiceover actress and announcer, I have also had some theatrical training. And that’s just the beginning!
I wrote my first corporate video scripts when I was employed as a marketing manager in the video production company, Destaka, with whom I still have strong ties. Since then I have applied my knowledge of locution to the writing and proofreading of many and varied scripts (locution skills are essential when it comes to writing texts with their articulation in mind)
As a final presentation note, I should add that I have studied, and continue to study, the different aspects of communication (SEO and SEM) and have an MA in Corporate, Organisational and Promotional Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM).
